Our Centre, known as "Ipoh Flowerhorn Centre" (IFC) will host Flowerhorn competition in Ipoh City. We welcome all the Flower horn hobbyist and lover from all state of Malaysia and vicinity country of Malaysia such as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and so on to join this event!
In this event, the experienced and impartial foreign judges are invited for the Flowerhorn judging! We wish to form a platform for Malaysia's or worldwide Flowerhorn lovers to exchange the rearing or farming experience and improve the quality of Flowerhorn through this meaningful activity. In order to enhance the event's quality, the fancy and memorable trophy has selected as the award for winner. Besides that, we have also organized another two new category champions in this event for participants to have addtional opportunity to win the trophy and cash.
Therefore, I hope all the Flowerhorn hobbyist can support ethuasiasm this event! Meanwhile, we appreciate sponsorship from any enthuastic fans as part of the support to improve again the success of this event. Rules and Explanations

Contest Rule
- Contest procurement will be conducted on the basis of justice and without any interest and fraud
- Administration should have been done at the time the fish entered
- The committee is not responsible for force meuyer cases, sick and dead fish but the committee provides a team of field handling implementers who are 24 hours in the arena of the contest
- The jury's decision is absolute and inviolable
- Re-sizing sessions and category transfers will take place on friday evening

Winner Announcement
- Winner announcement will be made on Sunday at 14.00
- Winners are expected to dress modestly when receiving trophies
- Fish out will be done at 16.00 or after the trophy delivery event is over
- Only the owner of the fish/ team that represents with the committee on duty, allow to carry out the fish

Defect
Fish will be charged major (minus 10% from total point) if
- Face/upper-lower jaws/cheeks are slanted or not balance
- Mouth continuously open but lips part still moves
- Part of lips is missing
- Eye is bigger than the other
- A recent broken out hole in the head
- Crooked body/ bandy/ fractured
- Caudal peduncle is crooked/ fractured/ rotated
- Spinal columns and bones below the intestine are missing more than one segment
- Operculum not balance
- Various sickness with accute level: velvel, ambien, pop eye, white spot all over the body, fungus all over the body, duck lips, bloating

Winner
- Winner 1-10 will be displayed from the point results of judges and will be accumulated after defect deduction if any
- Winner 1-3 will get trophy and certificate and coaching cash
- Winner 4 and 5 will get trophy and certificate
- Winner 6-10 will get certificate
- Winner 1 in each class will compete to get baby champ title, young champ title, and grand champ title
- GC YC BC will be searched with no defect,except if all candidate (Kamfa marking, freemarking, GB) all have defect then the candidate will be chosen based on condition and best performance
- GC YC BC will get the certificate trophy and coaching cash
- Shall be chosen fish with best colour, best pear, best body and best head

Fatal
Fish will be charged with fatal case if
- Mouth widely open and lips can not move at all
- The operculum is widely open (The inside red grills can be seen/viewed from side)
- Part of the lips are missing more than 25% and can be seen clearly
- Caudal fin is 50% missing
- Borsal fin or anal fin are missing 25%
- Pectoral fin/pelvic fin on one side is 50% missing
- Eye of one side is smaller 50% from the other side
- Organ that is 50% strays from its function
- Fish with black color, sick, stress or any other factor that affect the fish performance
- Accute illness
- Idle/not moving
- Cutting the tip of caudal fin too much (Extreme) in shape or in size

Fish is Considrered Minor
- Lips are slangter but not affecting the face position
- Eye position not balance between left and right
- Crumple at the operculum
- Operculum membrane is crumpled (folded)
- Part of operculum that is protrude caused by the pectoral fin bump
- Tumour
- Big hole in the head marks or clearly seen
- Not normal pectoral fin (up/down)
- Caudal peduncle up or down
- Broken fin or a seen fracture
- Borsal and anal is missing one segment
- Borsal fin and anal fin with abnormal growth in to the caudal fin above 20% of the caldal fin composition
- A clear seen due to injection
- Transparent caudal fin and fins
- Curing caudal fin that affect the swim style
- Less accute various deseases

Special Case
- If found the same result for more than two fishes, it will be a review again with judges and the selection will be based on the best overall impression
- In the event of dedlock, there will be a special team consisting of chairman, vice chairman of the event, the committee chairman, the jury on duty, and the honorary council/ code of ethics to discuss the case and will be announced later
